How to Download PUBG Mobile Lite in India Before Official Launch

We all have been waiting to play PUBG on lower end devices for so long but now you don't have to wait for its official launch in India. The lighter version of PUBG which requires fewer resources has been released in the Philippines and it will soon be released in India.

Tencent the company that delivers this game has confirmed that they are testing PUBG Mobile Lite and 'optimizing it for Indian networks and devices' but it is not known when the game will officially available for impatient Indian fans. The PUBG Lite can take some time to release in India but if you can't wait for the game to officially arrive in India then there is a way to install the game on your smartphones.



You won't find the game listed on the play store since it has only been launched in Phillipenes. Here is how you can install the game on your device:

  • First Download the APKPure app 
  • Search for PUBG Mobile app and download the APK file
  • Once you download the app, install the PUBG Mobile Lite APK on your device
  • You will need a VPN to connect to the Philippines server in order to play battle royale. We suggest you use X-VPN and buy a premium subscription to unlock the Philippines location in order to play the game. However, there are other options for VPN that you can use. 
  • Once you are done with the above steps, you can connect to the local server and start a match.
Note: As per sources it appears that gaming company has temporarily suspended the process of registration for new accounts. Registration might be open again soon, so keep an eye on it.

If you want to know what PUBG Mobile Lite has to offer, there are significant differences Between PUBG Mobile and its lite version. The number of players has been reduced in battle royale match from 100 to 40 in PUBG Mobile Lite. The size of the map also has been reduced to now smaller 2x2 km.  The average span of a player has been reduced to just 10 minutes.
